Career History
Jon has worked for the Department for Work and Pensions for over twenty eight years. As well as being a Senior Leader in Operations he also led Teams in Capability and Learning, Customer Insight and finally Accessibility Standards and Strategy where is was the Head of Document Accessibility for 90,000 colleagues.
Jon is an experienced eLearning professional who has developed courses for Leadership and Accessibility.
He most recently designed three new courses for 600,000 Civil Servants on Word, PowerPoint and Excel Accessibility. (2024-2025)
Jon Led the review into Accessible Communications for Blind and Partially Sighted customers on behalf of the then Minister for Disabled. (2016)
